ROLL FORMER SPECIALIST – EVENING SHIFT   2:30 P.M. – 1:00 A.M.      $5.00 Shift Differential added to base wage


  • Loading and unloading coil
  • Adjusting machine settings (manual)
  • Inputting part information
  • Stacking, banding, and ensuring all parts are marked correctly
  • Performing all quality checks and ensuring the highest quality in produced items


  • Reading tape measurements
  • Converting fractions to decimals
  • Performing basic mathematical calculations and use a calculator
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Stand for long periods of time and lift 70 pounds




  • Operating the beam machine, bridge crane, and forklift (loading/unloading, layout, tacking and operating submerged arc welding machine)
  • Welding various materials (certification required)
  • Interpreting shop plans and make welds according to plans


  • Experience operating forklifts and reading prints from a manufacturing work place
  • Maintain AWS welding certification
  • Willing to be trained in a variety of equipment and certifications
  • Basic math skills (read tape measurements)
  • Quick learner
  • Able to lift up to 70 pounds


Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks consisting of steel building components and other materials associated with steel building manufacturing.

Candidate must be able to work outside in a variety of weather conditions, operate a forklift, lift up to 70 lbs. and be able to effectively climb and descend semi-trailers with ease up to 14’ high. Would need to read and interpret shipping lists, possess a high degree of organization, be detail oriented and a self-starter.  CDL is preferred. This position includes an excellent compensation and benefits package.


Responsibilities include operating a Trim Folder, Sheet Line, Ridge Cap Bender, Flat Stock Slitter, and other duties related to the production of Sheeting and Trim.

Applicant must be able to read a tape measure, be able to convert fractions to decimals and do basic mathematical calculations. Should have computer skills and the ability to learn new software. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
